I have read Chapter 9 and 10 these days. India know Gloria Dump because of Winne. India ride her bike home from Gertrude's Pets and Winne run along beside her. Suddenly, Winne race way ahead of India and go into the most overgrown jungle of a yard that India had never seen. One of India's friends, who rides with her, said that there is a witch in it. The witch likes to eat dogs. India don't want to lose Winne, so she go into jungle to find Winne. When India sees the witch, she find the witch is nice. The witch's name is Gloria Dump. Gloria wants to know something about India. India tell her about her life, her friends, her mother ,and how she get Winne.
After I read these two chapters. I know that India cannot lose Winne. Their emotion started to be deep. I don't think dogs can be allowed in public places. For instance, in libraries, dogs don't know it should be quiet. Maybe they will growl in places which are allowed quiet. Sometimes they can urinate in public places. Other people will complain about that. So I don't think dogs should appear in public places.
